Yes, I am very satisfied with the service provided by the staff of this site. Everything was as expected at the time of delivery. The doll is fantastic. I think she is perfect and beautifully posed. The TPE is softer than I expected but with proper care she will hold up well. This was a good test of the quality and feel of the doll for future purchases of larger dolls. I highly recommend this site and the doll. I would gladly purchase again.
